At Kashmir Walla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make things right. Please read through our policy below for details on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns: You may return your item within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including but not limited to sale items, custom products, or gift cards, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product details before purchase.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at Support@kashmirwalla.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Return: Package the item securely and send it back to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item as soon as we receive the returned one.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international returns, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund. Please provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item to assist us in processing your request.
Exchanges for Size or Color
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is available in the size or color you want, we’ll send you the new one once we receive the returned item.
